COSTA MAYA YOGA
We're dedicated to making various forms and levels of yoga available to everyone. We teach Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, and Sivananda Hatha Yoga in the traditional Indian methods.
We offer classes, courses, and workshops and teacher trainings that shed light on the interpreting and incorporating the nature of yoga with all other aspects of life. We welcome your questions, feedback and insights as you and we evolve.

Lu is a Yoga instructor and artist creating her own jewelry . Her teachings make you feel in peace and calm.
Passionate about learning, she is thrilled to innovate experiences that will support students and aspiring teachers in their journey. Her classes combine her deep a understanding with clear and precise cuing to help students realize their juiciest potential in each pose.
We're a unique yoga studio located in Mahahual by the caribbean sea, dedicated to recovering what we believe to the essence of Yoga: a traditional Yoga philosophy and practice available to everyone.

Owner and Instructor
Simone is a 750-Hour Hatha Yoga teacher, after her first teacher training she continued and became a Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher who knows the power of honoring where you are even as you seek to expand yourself.
